R: Reason – Why am investing in the business, what’s the reason?

U: Understanding – How do I understand the business.

L: Longevity – Does the business have longevity?

E: Expansion – Can the business expand?

S: Simplicity – Is it simple?

2 – where do you work?

3 – what household products do you purchase?

1 – Don’t worry about the stock prices, stock prices are based on people’s emotions/feelings.

If people like it they buy shares and the stock prices go up, if people don’t like it they sell the shares and the stock prices go down.

2 – Don’t base your investment on emotions.  

3 – Learn about who runs the company/business

4 – You should own at least 30% of the company shares. This shows commitment from the top player.

5 – Learn as much as you can about the current owner/CEO/manager.
